360° feedback
How does someone come across to the people they work with every day? 360° feedback asks their manager, colleagues, direct reports and sometimes clients, and puts the answers together.
We set up the whole process for you, from choosing the competencies to the feedback conversations at the end. Done properly, it is one of the most useful development tools there is.
A clearer self-image
People see how others experience them, which is often different from how they see themselves.
Development that fits
Coaching and training can target real strengths and gaps instead of guesses.
More trust in the team
When feedback is handled well, people get used to talking openly with each other.

ORC
How we proceed
Agree on the goals
We start with your situation and what you want the feedback to achieve.
Build the questionnaire
We develop or adapt the questionnaire around the competencies that matter in your roles and industry.
Collect the feedback
We run the survey, keep responses confidential and make sure people know what is happening and why.
Analyze
We look for patterns, not just scores, including strengths the person may not know they have.
Reports
Each participant gets a clear personal report. HR and management get a summary across the group.
Feedback conversations
We go through the results with each person and help them set concrete development goals.
Follow-up
A short pulse survey some months later shows whether anything has changed.
