Well-being at Work
A one-day workshop on staying healthy at work: how stress builds up, what protects against burnout, and what each person can do about it. We recommend it during onboarding, but it is useful at any point.
Why it is worth it
People stay longer
Employees who can manage stress are more satisfied and less likely to leave.
Better work
People who keep their workload in balance do better work and are easier to work with.
A clear signal
Offering the workshop to new hires shows from day one that you take their health seriously.
What participants learn
- Recognize the signs of burnout and understand how it affects health and performance.
- Identify your own resources and those your workplace offers.
- Learn stress-management techniques you can use straight away.
- Write a personal plan for keeping your workload manageable.
How the day is structured

Participants look at their own work: what demands it makes and what resources they have or are missing.
Personal resources
Exercises and discussion on personal strengths and how to use them when things get difficult.
Communication
Why speaking up early, and giving and taking feedback, helps prevent burnout. With practice.
Support in the team
Listening and communicating in ways that make colleagues feel supported.
Handling emotions
Ways to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
Personal plan
Each participant writes down what they will do differently in their daily work.
