Workshop · Listening for Growth

Listening for Growth

Listening sounds easy, but it is a skill that can be trained. This workshop trains a skill that affects decisions, conflicts and how satisfied people are at work.

Why listening matters

People who feel heard stay engaged

Being listened to is one of the simplest ways to feel valued at work.

Leaders who listen lead better

They understand what their team needs and spot problems earlier.

Conflicts get resolved

You cannot solve a disagreement until you understand the other side.

What participants learn

  • Understand what active listening is and why it matters at work.
  • Recognize what gets in the way of listening, and how to get around it.
  • Practice listening techniques for everyday work situations.
  • Use listening to make feedback conversations work better.
